Luxury garlic butter!
I made a lot of it and froze it and it’s by far the best I’ve ever had if I may say so myself. It’s so simple to make that I’m kicking myself for not having made it before.
- 500g butter at room temp
- 125 grated parmesan
- 5 large garlic cloves
Mix thoroughly. Spread out and roll up in baking paper then freeze ready to slice and add on any meat. You could of course make less but why when you could have a large knob of garlic butter in the freezer to last months!
