Cocktail – Blueberry Hill
It may be named already but I couldn’t find it – so Blueberry Hill it is for now.
It’s a simple cocktail:
- 1 shot tequila
- 1 shot of blueberry concentrate (or more for the sweet toothed)
- 1/2 lime’s worth of juice
- 1 egg white
- Ice
Shake violently – then pour over a frosted (as in having been in the freezer) glass like a martini or margarita glass.
This would also be pretty awesome with sparky white wine over it…
